PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase ventilation efficiency more than a case of a conventional cutoff wall; and to cut off infiltration of rainwater from an external part. SOLUTION: An exposed ventilating ridge is used for a roof of a plate roof tile. A deflector 8 is arranged around an exhaust hole 10. Since the upper end is formed higher than an upper wall extension line on a ventilation passage 9, outside air passes through an upper wall surface on the ventilation passage 9, and pulls out air in the ventilation passage 9 by causing the venturi effect.
