PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To confirm, with ease and with low cost, whether or not a flux is coated on a substrate at a set flow rate.SOLUTION: A flux coating apparatus 100 includes a flux vacant blow part 20 with which flux is coated at a set flow rate during flow rate confirmation operation or coating correction operation for confirming whether or not the flux is coated at the flow rate set by an operation display part. The flux vacant blow part 20 comprises a flat plate member which is bent in inverse L shape, with a side facing a nozzle part 30 being a coated surface 20d on which flux Fx is coated. At the coated surface 20d, a filter member 24 is attached which discourages a coated flux from dripping. A flow meter is set between the nozzle part 30 and a pressurizing tank, and a flow rate at which the flux is coated on the flux vacant blow part 20 is measured, and based on the flow rate, feed back control for tank pressurizing or the like is performed. |
