PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support structure design easily while a structure designer complies constraint condition of a specification value of a specification item in a system for conducting structure design of a product of a determined base model by setting the specification value to a specification item of the product. SOLUTION: In a product structure design support system, the constraint condition which the specification value is allowed for the specification item is described in a specification structure information database, a structure designing screen for inputting the specification value for the specification item is generated based on the constraint condition and displayed to guide input by the structure designer.
