<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect effectively various spectral components of a light signal. <P>SOLUTION: This invention relates to detection of each of the spectral components of a received response signal (S2) from a device under test (DUT 12) in response to a stimulus signal (S1). The device comprises a first splitter (201) which separates a first partial signal (S21) and a second partial signal (S22), depending on the wavelength from a response signal (S2) after receiving the response signal(S2), a second splitter (202) which separates a third partial signal (S23) depending on the wavelength after receiving the second partial signal (S22), a light detector (104) deciding the responding light power receiving the first partial signal (S21) and the third partial signal (S23) and a light shutter (203), constituted such that one side of the first partial signal (S21) and the third partial signal (S23) passes through a light detector (204) so as to move and to make it interrupt. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
