PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve ion exchange efficiency, and further to improve durability, decrease the number of components and man-hour of maintenance.SOLUTION: An ion exchange device 78 includes a device body 142 in which ion exchange resin 150 is filled between a lower filter 148a and an upper filter 148b. On a lower side and an upper side of the device body 142, a water introduction port 152a and a water discharge port 152b are provided. On the upper side of the device body 142, an air storing part 156 is provided, and at the air storing part 156, an electric conductivity meter 164 is arranged while being positioned above the water discharge port 152b. |
