PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a batter composition that can obtain a fried shape food product by frying by a few oil, and moreover to provide a material setting for a daily dish that can obtain the daily dish by mixing a seasoning liquid with the fried shape food product formed by the batter composition.SOLUTION: A batter composition for a fried shape food product includes: potato starch and/or wheat flour; sweet potato starch; and a baking powder. It is desirable that a content of the sweet potato starch is at least 25 mass% and at most 64 mass%, and a content of the baking powder is at least 1 mass% and at most 13 mass%. |
