PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem of an advanced television system that it has become increasingly necessary to process a large quantity of data of a plurality of video and audio streams arriving from various types of I/O interface, and since process mobile work is necessary for the existing I/O interface circuit included in a processing core, every time when the manufacturing process changes, a high engineering cost is generated.SOLUTION: A multi-medium system includes an I/O(input/output) control chip, and the I/O control chip includes one or more audio/video sub-processing engine for processing one or more data streams, a processing core chip for processing data including the audio/video data received from the I/O control chip, and one or more shared I/O channels for transferring the data between the I/O control chip and a processing core chip.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
