PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for improving the accuracy of a position relationship between the outer peripheral face of a bearing part and the inner peripheral face of a periphery wall part of a pump cover.SOLUTION: A pump cover 40 stores a rotor 60 having a through-hole in the center. The pump cover 40 includes an outside member 43, and an inside member 47. The outside member 43 has a first bottom wall part 41 and a first periphery wall part 42. The first periphery wall part 42 extends from the outer peripheral edge of the first bottom wall part 41 along the center axis of a shaft 80. The inside member 47 has a bearing part 44, a second periphery wall part 45, and a second bottom wall part 46. The bearing part 44 rotatably supports the shaft 80 at the inside of the through-hole of the rotor 60, and has an outer peripheral face 44a opposed to an inner peripheral face 65 of the through-hole. The second periphery wall part 45 has an inner peripheral face 45a opposed to the outer peripheral end of the rotor 60. The second bottom wall part 46 connects the bearing part 44 and the second periphery wall part 45. The bering part 44, the second periphery wall part 45 and the second bottom wall part 46 are integrally formed of a resin material different from that of the outside member 43.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
