PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in which in the conventional power generator fuel is necessary or some restrictions on time zone and weather condition or the like.SOLUTION: The present invention is carried out by a device in which energies such as gravity force or intermolecular force potentially acted under standstill state, that is, "static energy" defined by the present inventor is applied as power. Its principle is described as follows. When gravity force, for example, is applied, energy for rotating a wheel is remarkably smaller than energy that a weight of wheel itself [a force of earth gravity force] pushes and crashes. Accordingly, the gravity energy is taken out and its partial force is applied to roll the wheel and the remaining one can be used as energy.
