摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a flexible organic light emitting device (OLED) having improved electroluminescence characteristic and also having the advantage in which it can be easily prepared using vacuum deposition techniques generally used for preparation of OLED. SOLUTION: In this flexible organic light emitting device (OLED) using a hetero-structure based on small molecules of an organic material, the hole transporting layer, the electron transporting layer and/or the emissive layer, if separately present, is comprised of a non-polymeric material or contains small molecules. A method for preparing such flexible OLED, in which the hole transporting layer, the electron transporting layer and/or the emissive layer, if present, can be produced using vacuum deposition techniques is further disclosed.
