<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of detecting a state of wear, which is capable of more easily detecting a state of wear of a slider unit which is provided in a parts-mounting device employing a ball screw, bearings, etc. using a lubricant agent such as a grease etc. <P>SOLUTION: In the ball screw 500, which is a slider unit provided in a parts-mounting device, there are formed at least: a grease-replenishing device 501 for supplying a grease which serves as a lubricant agent to prevent a rubbed portion of the ball screw 500 from wear; and a grease recovering device 503 which is a through hole to recover the lubricant agent put on the ball bearings that move over the rubbed portion. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
