PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a self-diagnosis system that can display a self-diagnosis result on a display device of a diagnosed apparatus 100 in a coded graphic pattern. SOLUTION: A self-diagnosis device embedded in the diagnosed apparatus 100 to send a diagnosis result of the diagnosed apparatus 100 to a maintenance center 106 for maintaining the diagnosed apparatus 100 via a cellphone 101 having an imaging function comprises a self-diagnosis part 124 for diagnosing the diagnosed apparatus 100, a code creation part 125 for coding the diagnosis result information from the self-diagnosis part 124, and a video conversion part 126 for converting the code created by the code creation part 125 into a displayable graphic pattern.
