PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-frequency pulse modulation apparatus and a high-frequency wireless device capable of reducing the effect upon a modulation signal by removing local leak regardless of a modulation state. SOLUTION: A first comparator 130 uses an inverted impulse signal 112 inputted from an impulse source 110 as a threshold and outputs a high-frequency pulse stream 131 just for an interval wherein a local signal 121 inputted from a high-frequency source 120 exceeds the threshold. The high-frequency pulse stream 131 is inputted to a first BPF 140 wherein a modulation pulse signal from which a low frequency component such as a DC component is canceled is generated. By performing conversion into a digital signal by the first comparator 130, local leak from the high-frequency source 120 is prevented. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
