PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an illumination lamp which inhibits deterioration of optical characteristics of light emitted from LED elements even if a space between a light emitting module and an inner surface of a globe is filled with a silicone resin to improve heat radiation performance of the LED element and maintains long life of the LED elements.SOLUTION: An illumination lamp includes: a substrate 32 having a light emitting surface on which light sources 31 are mounted and including through holes 32a which penetrate through a space between a region of the light emitting surface, on which the light sources are not mounted, and a rear surface region of the region; a cover 2 which faces the light emitting surface while forming a predetermined gap therebetween and covers the light sources and the substrate; a silicone resin 5 filling a space between the light emitting surface and the cover 2; and porous members 33 which are disposed on the light emitting surface so as to close the through holes 32a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
