PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device, a program, and a method that reduce the power resource wastefully consumed.SOLUTION: An image formation device 300 includes: identification means (camera 302) identifying a user in a predetermined region; a reception unit receiving usage information from image formation devices 100 and 200 adjacent to the device 300 identifying the user; and determination means determining whether the device 300 is to be controlled to be usable based on the comparison between usage information of the device 300 for the user and usage information of another device for the user received from another image formation device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
