This conductor-layer-equipped structure 2 is provided with: a wiring body 4 provided with a first resin layer 5, a first conductor layer 6 provided on the first resin layer 5, and a second resin layer 7 provided on the first resin layer 5 so as to cover the first conductor layer 6; a cover glass 31 which is in direct contact with one main surface 41 of the wiring body, or bonded to said one main surface of the wiring body via a first adhesive layer 101; and a liquid crystal panel 32 which is in direct contact with another main surface 42 of the wiring body, or is bonded to said other main surface of the wiring body via a second adhesive layer 102. The first resin layer is formed from a material exhibiting optical isotropy. The second resin layer is formed from a material exhibiting optical isotropy. The material forming the first resin layer and the material forming the second resin layer have the same composition.
