PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a functional unit of an operating system from concentrating on a specific physical device even when a system switch occurs.SOLUTION: A control device 10 is a device that allocates a plurality of virtual routers 50 having operation priorities of virtual links set to a plurality of relay devices 20 capable of executing the virtual routers 50 of a plurality of virtual links. The control device 10 comprises: a GW deployment table 11 for storing the correspondence between the relay device 20 and the assigned virtual priority routers 50; an allocation candidate determination unit 14 for determining an allocation candidate excluding the entry of the relay device 20 to which the virtual router 50 of the virtual link to be allocated is allocated from the GW deployment table 11; and a functional unit assigning unit 13 for determining a relay device 20 to which the virtual router 50 to be allocated is allocated, on the basis of the virtual routers 50 of the respective operation priorities of the virtual links other than the virtual links to be allocated, which are allocated to the relay apparatuses 20 set as allocation candidates.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
