FIELD: holding means for holding of disposable or repeatedly used wiping means. ^ SUBSTANCE: holder has synthetic polymer casing made bifurcated for producing pair of supporting plates adapted to be inserted into corresponding tubular channels of wiping means, and handle part extending from casing and adapted to be held by hand. Each of supporting plates is made elongated and has width exceeding its thickness. Paired supporting plates are arranged in parallel with one another, and have internal side edges facing one another, external side edges oriented in opposite directions, and projections having convex curved edges and made integral on respective external side edges of supporting plates. Paired supporting plates are made elastically deformed to allow end parts of their apexes to approach one another. Supporting plate is 70-170 mm long. Loading value needed for bringing end parts of apexes of supporting plates into contacting engagement with one another is 2.4-7.4 H. Wiping article has holder and wiping means adapted for attachment to holder and equipped with two tubular channels extending in parallel with one another. Each tubular channel has internal width exceeding width of supporting plate of holder. Upon insertion of corresponding supporting plates into tubular channels, projections provided on supporting plates slide within tubular channels to deform supporting plates for approaching to one another. ^ EFFECT: increased efficiency by minimizing counteraction against sliding motion in the process of attaching wiping means, and simplified attachment of the latter. ^ 6 cl, 12 dwg |
