<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a belt free from a seam (called as seamless belt) which has a fine electrode pattern formed on a part or the whole surface of inner circumferential surface of the belt in an electrophotographic image forming apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: The method of molding a cylindrical body by using a coating material which is prepared by dissolving thermoplastic resin or thermosetting resin into organic solvent and is usually called as varnish comprises processes: of forming a conductive material layer on a part or the whole surface of inner and outer surface of a molding pipe; of filming the coating material which is prepared by dissolving thermoplastic resin into organic solvent and is usually called as varnish, thereon; of molding the coating material film into a belt shape by elevating temperature by means of a heating means such as lamp while rotating the molding pipe; and, at the same time, of binding the conductive material layer constituting the electrode pattern with an insulating synthetic resin film. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
