PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mold-releasing type electrophotographic photoreceptor, maintaining lubricity over the long term and having high mechanical strength. SOLUTION: The uppermost layer of the electrophotographic photoreceptor, having a photosensitive layer on its conductive substrate, contains fluorine resin represented by general formula (1), wherein X, Y, and Z represent any one from among hydrogen, halogen, halogen-substituted alkyl group, and halogen-substituted alkoxy group, one of X, Y, and Z represents fluorine, and R<SB>4</SB>-R<SB>7</SB>each represents any one from among hydrogen, halogen, and halogen-substituted alkyl group, R<SB>1</SB>-R<SB>3</SB>each represents any one from among hydrogen, halogen, and halogen-substituted alkyl group, and any one from among of R<SB>1</SB>-R<SB>3</SB>represented by fluorine.
