PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle body rear part structure capable of suppressing weight increase without reducing an arrangement space in the vicinity of a side member. SOLUTION: The vehicle body rear part structure is provided with a reinforcement 21 whose front end is connected to a vehicle front side more than a front side bent part 7 of the side member 3 and whose rear end is connected to an inclined part 9 extending from the front side bent part 7 of the side member 3 to a rear side bent part 11, a bulkhead 29 stored inside of the inclined part 9 of the side member 3, and attachment members 37 oppositely disposed to each other behind the rear end of the reinforcement 21 and supporting a suspension member 35 to the side member 3. A load input to the vehicle body from the rear is transmitted to the rear end of the reinforcement 21 through the attachment members 37 from the suspension member 35. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
