PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable communication using a local address between a terminal and an opposite node through a public network.SOLUTION: A gateway device 2 includes: a local address transfer table storage unit 21 which stores a local address transfer table composed of an entry including a local address group identifier, an opposite node identifier, and a logical interface identifier; a determination unit 22 which determines whether or not both address types included in a transmission source address part and a transmission destination address part in the header of an input packet are values indicating a local address; and a processing unit 23 which acquires, from the local address transfer table, an entry logical interface identifier including the local address group identifier and the opposite node identifier included in the transmission destination address part of the input packet, to output the input packet to a logical interface indicated by the acquired logical interface identifier.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
