The present invention is applied to the technical field of bank computer networks, and provides an ATM information acquisition method, device and system. The method comprises: managing state information about an ATM; receiving a transaction type uploaded by a first ATM; querying an ATM at a distance from the first ATM within a pre-set threshold value and an executable transaction type thereof; in the queried ATM, determining a second ATM with the executable transaction type being consistent with the transaction type uploaded by the first ATM; and returning position information about the second ATM to the first ATM. In the present invention, when one ATM cannot satisfy the transaction demand of a user, position information about an ATM, in an adjacent area, which can support a transaction type required by the user is fed back to the user via the ATM, so that the user can quickly find another ATM, to successfully complete the transaction, thereby ensuring successfully performing a transaction. |
