Provided are a session processing method and system. The method comprises: determining a first application which a first session user accesses through a first set platform, wherein the first application comprises an application which belongs to the first set platform; according to the determined first application, conducting screening to obtain a matching session user set, wherein one or more matching session users in the matching session user set are users of the first set platform and users of the first application; and by a session link in the first set platform, establishing a session between the first session user and at least one matching session user in the matching session user set. The present application solves the problems of poor interaction between an application and a platform, low session efficiency and poor session user pertinence. |
