PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a movable frame device which can effectively suppress vibration of a movable frame during travelling.SOLUTION: A movable frame device has a pair of parallel travel rails 2 and a movable frame travelling on the rails in which the movable frame comprises a support part 4 on which a movable medium can be located, and plural wheel units 5 which are located on a lower surface side of the support part 4, the wheel unit 5 has a pair of left and right wheel parts 50 in which two wheels are inclined in a direction such that said two wheels are separated downwards from each other, and at least two sets of said paired wheel parts are located in a movement direction of the movable frame.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
