PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging bag serving also as a container for eating, enabling a user to cook by opening the packaging bag with a microwave oven in a state that the packaging bag is filled with filling, and to easily tear out and cut at a user-friendly position as a container for eating, after cooking.SOLUTION: A packaging bag serving also as a container for eating includes a left end seal part, a right end seal part, an upper end seal part and a lower end seal part, and can heat food to be filled in a self-standing state. The packaging bag includes at least a base material layer and a heat adhesive resin layer, and is formed from a laminate having straight line openability in the horizontal direction of the packaging bag. The packaging bag has a first opening planned area extending to a position of 1/3 height on the basis of the inner edge part of the upper end seal part, in a height in the horizontal direction center of the packaging bag, extending from the inner edge part of the upper end seal part to the inner edge part of the lower end seal part, and a second opening planned area extending from the position of 1/3 height on the basis of the inner edge part of the upper end seal part to 2/3 position. |
