The present invention relates to a stripe manufacturing method to mount an electronic component and then supply the electronic component to a next process. The method comprises: a step A of changing a moisture content of paper stripes; a step B of making a cavity allowing moving to a correctly positioned stripe on a paper stripe with the thickness of H1; and a step C of using a tool making apparatus having a clamping part and a pressing head part connected to the same shaft, and fixing the paper stripe on a base by the clamping part. Pressing the paper stripe to the base in a direction perpendicular to the paper stripe by using the pressing head part, the cavity capable of the mounting electronic component is formed. Pressing the paper stripe to the base in the direction perpendicular to the paper stripe, a surface of the stripe is generally connected to the inside of the stripe, and angles of the cavity form a right angle. In particular, in the case of a large dimension of the cavity, a process is simple and convenient, and a large capacity press is not required. The size of the cavity is stabler and correctness of the cavity gets higher, so a defect is removed, and a corner angle gets correct and flat. The precision of the size gets better, so incorrectness of separating the cavity from a correct position gets largely lowered in comparison with two turns of pressing work. |
