PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a forceps to be always positioned within an angle of view imaged by an endoscope.SOLUTION: An endoscope is arranged in parallel in a forceps cylinder for accommodating a forceps, a spacer is provided in the vicinity of a tip part of the forceps cylinder for positioning the forceps cylinder and the endoscope with each other, an external cylinder is provided for accommodating the forceps cylinder and the endoscope, and the spacer is fixed to the external cylinder from the tip end side of the external cylinder to the external cylinder by fitting a cap including openings for the forceps cylinder and the endoscope respectively. As the shape of the spacer is set so that the forceps is positioned within an angle of view imaged by the endoscope and the spacer is fixed by the cap, the forceps can always be positioned within the angle of view. By corresponding the spacer and the cap according to the difference of the shape of the forceps, the same endoscope can be corresponded to various forceps, and the forceps with an endoscope having high versatility can be constituted. |
