Provided are a pharmaceutical composition containing spherical clopidogrel bisulphate crystalline form I, and a preparation method for the pharmaceutical composition. The powder properties of the pharmaceutical composition are beneficial for implementing a powder direct press process, and sticking does not occur during tableting. Also provided are a powder direct press clopidogrel bisulphate pill, and a preparation method therefor, the pill satisfying clinical medication requirements.
