PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing an angled cutting blade by which a high productivity can be realized.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing an angled cutting blade comprises: a first measurement process in which a cutting blade (10) is cut in a board (11) for confirmation thereby forming a first cut groove (17) having a width (W1) corresponding to a clearance between a first side face (10a) and a second side face (10b), and a central position (A) of the first cut groove in a width direction is measured; a processing process in which an outer peripheral surface (10c) of the cutting blade is processed into a V-shape inclined at a specified angle; a second measurement process in which a part of the cutting blade corresponding to the outer peripheral surface is cut in the board for confirmation thereby forming a second cut groove (19) having a width narrower than that of the first cut groove, and a central position (b) of the second cut groove in a width (W2) direction is measured; and a deviation amount calculation process in which a deviation amount (C) is calculated. When the deviation amount is more than a specified threshold, an additional processing process for additionally processing the outer peripheral surface of the cutting blade so as to reduce the deviation amount is executed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 |
