PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active energy ray curable composition capable of producing a rear surface protective sheet for a solar cell at a low cost with a high yield and a good productivity (without the need for aging), in which the rear surface protective sheet for the solar cell has excellent adhesive strength between sheet-like members and wet heat resistance, and suppresses the occurrence of appearance defects or delamination owing to bubbles generated in an adhesive layer.SOLUTION: There is provided a urethane urea resin (E) having a (meta)acryloyl group prepared by reacting a diamine component (D) with a urethane prepolymer (G) having an isocyanate group obtained by reacting a diol component (A) having no (meta)acryloyl group that contains as an essential component a diol component having a carbonate structure; a polyol component (B) having a (meta)acryloyl group and two or more hydroxyl groups; and a polyisocyanate component (C). |
