PURPOSE: A duty cycle correction circuit of a DLL and a DLL having the same are provided to analyze correctly a cause of a duty error by using a duty cycle correction circuit. CONSTITUTION: A differential amplifier(231) is used for receiving and amplifying differential reference clocks and outputting differential output signals to a first differential output terminal and a second differential output terminal. A first transmission circuit(TG1) is used for transmitting signals of the first differential output terminal to the first node according to control signals. The second transmission circuit(TG2) is used for transmitting signals of the second differential output terminal to the second node according to control signals. The first storage unit(N55) is used for storing a signal of a first node. The second storage unit(N57) is used for storing a signal of a second node. A switching circuit(237) is used for connecting the first node to the first output terminal and the second node to the second output terminal according to a switching control signal.
