PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the productivity of a hydraulic test by shortening a cycle time. SOLUTION: Moving quantity detection means 3 are provided between stocks 1a and 1b on both sides and graduated cylinders 2a and 2b, and a proximity switch 14 is attached to the front of the head stock 1a. The stocks 1a and 1b on both sides are moved over a predetermined distance, without abutting against a pipe end and so as to be stopped to increase the moving speed. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
