A manufacturing method for a cellulose fiber scrub brush and a structure thereof are provided to minimize friction coefficient due to adhesiveness generated for the surface of dishes at the time of scrubbing by forming a groove for reducing friction coefficient. A manufacturing method for a cellulose fiber scrub brush comprises the steps of: forming a groove for reducing friction coefficient(110) to flow air as lubricant by forming an air gap at one side or two sides of a cellulose fiber fabric by a grinder; and pressing the cellulose fiber fabric having the groove for reducing friction coefficient to be a specific shape.
