PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a condenser microphone that can prevent deformation of a back plate or the like due to heat at reflow soldering, can keep a constant interval between the back plate and a diaphragm, and can maintain excellent sensitivity characteristics. SOLUTION: The diaphragm 30 is located to an inner side of a top board 25 with a sound hole 28. The back plate 31 is arranged opposite to the diaphragm 30 via a spacer 29. The back plate 31 is pressed by a hold member 33 comprising a plate spring from the opposite side of the diaphragm 30 to keep a prescribed interval between the diaphragm 30 and the back plate 31 at all times.
