PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper feeding roller capable of suppressing both sticking of paper dust and omission of toner transfer.SOLUTION: A paper feeding roller 1 includes an elastic layer 2 made from thermo-setting polyurethane containing plasticizer. A surface remaining charge on a surface of the elastic layer 2 is in the range of 90-170 V. The elastic layer 2 may include, on its surface, a surface rough capable of capturing paper dust. The elastic layer 2 is preferred to be formed on an outer peripheral surface of a resin shaft body 3 having electric insulation property. The paper feeding roller 1 can be suitably used as a retard roller which is included in a paper feeding device of an image formation device of electrophotography. |
