<p>The apparatus has a holder for holding a screen frame (1). The holder includes bars (3a-3d), where each bar is divided into a set of segments (3a.1-3c1, 3a.2-3c.2, 3a.3-3c.3, 3a.4-3c.4). Each segment is provided with a respective sensor device for measuring printing screen tension of a screen fabric (2). Each segment is attached to a controllable device (40) for exerting printing forces and/or tensile forces. A coating (2a) of the fabric is distant for printing at an area (2b) such that a printing ink between meshes of the fabric is printed by a spreading knife in a screen-printing unit. An independent claim is also included for a method for measuring printing screen tension of a screen fabric for a screen-printing machine.</p> |
