FIELD: machine building. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention elates to machine building field, particularly to gears, used for machines and mechanisms, devices and apparatus, including for application in motors of transport facilities, and also in other industries. Skew bevel wheel contains metallic hub (1), rigidly connected to it polymerous disk (2) with ribbed (4) stiffeners, transient into annular gear (3), on surface of main polymerous disk there are implemented 2 or 4 bosses in the form of disks of les size, preferentially, with diametre from 1/20 up to 1/4 diametre of skew bevel wheel, some number of ribbed (4) stiffeners allow reduced length, preferentially, from 2 up to 6 pcs. with length from 1/100 up to 1/5 of diametre of gear, and on external radial surface of hub (1) there are taken out, preferentially, from 3 up to 8 with diametre from 1/4 up to 1/3 width of hub and depth from 1/5 up to 1/12 diametre of hub and/or cavity by circumference of hub of width from 1/10 up to 1/5 rim width. ^ EFFECT: invention provides accuracy increasing of disk durability, steadiness of gear to transversal and longitudinal loadings, durability increasing and rigidity of adhesion of hub and disk of gear, improvement of melt fluidity. ^ 10 cl, 3 dwg |
