摘要 Provided are an optically controlled adjustable TeraHertz wave attenuator and a use method therefor. The optically controlled adjustable TeraHertz wave attenuator comprises a silicon-based vanadium oxide thin film (1), a laser transmitter (2) and a collimator (3). The silicon-based vanadium oxide thin film (1) is perpendicular to the direction of a TeraHertz wave beam. The laser transmitter (2) is disposed on one side of the silicon-based vanadium oxide thin film (1), and is connected with the collimator (3). The laser emitted from the laser transmitter (2) is transmitted from the collimator (3), and is irradiated on the film surface of the silicon-based vanadium oxide thin film (1), and a laser spot irradiated on the film surface of the silicon-based vanadium oxide thin film (1) fully covers a transmitted TeraHertz wave spot.
