The present invention relates to a new biomarker and, more particularly, to a sorafenib reactive prediction kit for a liver cancer patient, the kit containing, as an effective ingredient, a probe molecule which can detect EDN1 protein within a sample or the level of mRNA encoding the EDN1 protein.
