PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase ion conductivity, reduce the internal resistance of a battery, thereby providing a battery having an increased output and high rate characteristics, in a lithium-lanthanum-zirconium-oxide based solid electrolyte used for a solid electrolyte of an all-solid-state lithium ion battery.SOLUTION: In a lithium ion conductive oxide solid electrolyte containing lithium, lanthanum, and zirconium, a part of oxygen is displaced with an element M (M=N, Cl, S, Se, Te) having an electronegativity lower than that of oxygen. |
