The plate (21) has a conductive layer (23) with an opening (33), and another conductive layer (24) with another opening. An insulated layer (22) is provided between the conductive layers, where the insulated layer is a plastic plate. Two fastening element (40, 41) are inserted through the respective openings, such that the fastening element (40) is electrically connected to the conductive layer (24) and/or the fastening element (41) that is electrically connected to the conductive layer (23).
