PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting plotter for cutting an image by an easier method. SOLUTION: The cutting plotter 14 for cutting an image 52 printed on a medium 50 along a pre-set cutting line 54 is provided with: a cutter; a cutting line identification section to identify the cutting line 54 set by printing it on the medium with an cutting line specifying ink to be discriminated from the image 52 by detecting a region printed with the cutting line specifying ink on the medium; and a cutting control section to move the cutter along the cutting line 54 identified by the cutting line identification section to make the cutter cut the image 52 along the cutting line 54.
