PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive floating type brake disc restraining abrasion of a rotor and a hub caused by elastic deformation of an energizing means, without increasing the number of part items, in the floating type brake disc having the annular rotor and the hub arranged inside this rotor, and formed by connecting the rotor to the hub by a connecting pin by interposing the energizing means for applying energizing force in the axial direction. SOLUTION: The energizing means S for applying the energizing force in the axial direction, has a discoid plate part S1 forming an opening fitting externally to the connecting pin 3 and a skirting elastic support part S2 arranged on the outer periphery of the plate part, and is constituted by bending a tip peripheral edge part of the elastic support part to the plate part side.
