PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent residual grains in a viscous food product from being crushed, or the viscous food product from becoming white and waxy, due to strong pressure to the viscous food product while being fed or a spiral blade being pushed in, as occurring in a conventional quantitative cutting device for such a viscous food product as bean paste, the conventional quantitative cutting device having a pressure-feeding style by a screw conveyor or the like.SOLUTION: A quantitative cutting device includes two side walls W, W facing each other and formed gradually narrowing toward a terminal opening discharge part D, thus constituting a storage hopper H for bean paste P.
