PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an index table for component conveyance in which flatness of a peripheral edge part is improved, and provide a manufacturing method of the same, and a component conveyance device.SOLUTION: An index table 10 for component conveyance includes an annular circumference part 12 having a plurality of pockets p arranged on a peripheral edge part 16, a center part 11 positioned in a center of the circumference part 12, and a plurality of connection parts 13 which extend radially from the center part 11 to the circumference part 12 and connect the center part 11 and the circumference part 12. A processed part 17 is arranged on at least one of the plurality of connection parts 13. A height difference obtained from a difference between a maximum value and a minimum value of relative heights is 40 μm or less in terms of the relative height of the peripheral edge part with respect to an installation surface of the index table. As the processed part 17 arranged on the connection part 13 keeps the height difference within a predetermined range, high flatness of the peripheral edge part 16 of the index table 10 for component conveyance can be achieved.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
