PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide simply configured electronic equipment for surely outputting output data after the lapse of a fixed time from the processing start of input data even when the data processing time of input data changes according to data content. SOLUTION: This electronic equipment is provided with a flag which is set to 1 when an image processing LSI3 starts threshold processing, and which is set to 0 after the lapse of a prescribed time E(ms) from the relevant point of time. Then, when the flag is set to 1 at the point of time of the end of the threshold processing, the image processing LSI3 holds the data transfer of the threshold processing data to a microcomputer 4, and when the flag is reset to 0, the image processing LSI 3 performs the data transfer of the threshold processing data to the microcomputer 4.
