The system has a filtering device provided with a software verification device (2) that includes a recognizing unit (2a1) recognizing an operator identifying element of a phone number of a correspondent. A transferring unit (2c) transfers a verified information signal, and a segregation device (3) suppresses a part of the transmitted information signal. The segregation device has a recognizing unit (3a) recognizing the identifying element in sequence of information of the signal, and an elimination unit (3b) eliminating the recognized sequence. An independent claim is also included for a method for managing an identification of an operator or an internet access provider offering a telephone service.
