PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide methods for enhancing antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity.SOLUTION: The application relates to methods for enhancing antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity in a subject receiving therapeutic monoclonal antibody treatment. In some embodiments, methods are provided for administering a therapeutic antibody in conjunction with an ADCC enhancer molecule to a subject in need thereof. According to certain embodiments, methods are provided for enhancing killing of NK sensitive target cells. In some embodiments, the method comprises administering a therapeutically effective amount of a therapeutic antibody and an amount of an ADCC enhancer molecule in an amount sufficient to increase killing of NK sensitive target cells.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
