A health monitoring apparatus using a mouse pad comprises a mouse pad device and a health condition processing device. The mouse pad device includes: a mouse pad which has the shape of a plate having a mounting plane of a mouse, and has a wrist supporting part supporting the wrist of a user; a human body sensing part which is embedded in a fixed area of the wrist supporting part, and senses a bio signal including photoplethysmography, skin resistance and temperature of the wrist of the user; and a bio signal processing part which amplifies and filters the bio signals of the user sensed from the human body sensing part, and then transmits the bio signals by analyzing and processing the bio signals. The health condition processing device judges a health condition of the user according to a monitoring program by receiving a radio signal from the mouse pad device. |
